Tom was directly involved in managing these relationships with dozens of 3rd party vendors at Philips, with a combined spend of €20mil +, as well as at various agencies.

During 2022, Tom has overseen a transformation that reduced the overall research spend by more than 40%, while improving efficiencies across planning, procurement, legal, finance and operation teams. At the same time ROI improved 8X through the centralization of decision making and insights distribution via a single standardized process.

Working with international teams from every corner of the globe for over two decades, we have an appreciation for cultural diversity and understand the nuances of coordinating global projects across time zones with virtual teams.
